Sheraton

Ahh.. food in Sibu , who can resist ? Cheap and simply delicioouus!! Went to eat at this well-known Sheraton restaurant which is just a few minutes walk away from my house. Went with my parents, siblings, and grandma. Dinner's for my sister who's leaving for Aussie this Friday.
Let's see what good stuff the restaurant has to offer. It'd definitely make your taste-buds tickle.

First dish : The hot dish, comprising salad lobsters, century eggs, assortment of fruits, fish slices, scallops,and soft-shell crab .This is how to soft shell crab looks like(on the right). Has this tender taste of err... crab? But too bad i'm allergic to crabs. Tasted just one and my tongue started swelling.. argh!


One of my favorite dishes, spare ribs. It has this honey taste and is spreaded with sesame seeds on top.


Up next, deep-fried cod fish dipped in the restaurant's own spicy sauce. Absolutely fishy! :)


Butter prawns, but i don't take prawns. Allergic to it. Lil sister loves it!


This dish may look weird but it's really tasty. A mixture of beef tendon, sea cucumber(zero cholestrol) and fish maw(the air bladder of the fish)


Veggies delight! Stir-fried kailan with garlic





Peking duck, but it's not stuffed in one of those thin wafer like rolls. Instead, they used the bun(mantou) but it still tastes great. The duck is really lean and i didn't taste any fat at all, and every bite was just.. heavenly! I had four of those buns stuffed with the duck!

*Burp* Waiter.. mai tan! It was really a great dinner so those who'r considering of coming to Sibu, make sure you stop by this restaurant. A very cosy, fully air-conditioned restaurant with very efficient staff.
